Yoga Nidra can be so powerful for everyone. All you need to do is to find a comfortable posture. The practice I recorded can help you to feel more connected to the earth. Feel the spine being enlightened and after that the whole of the body being illuminated. It can be practiced by everyone, pregnant or not pregnant, mamas, papas, if you do not have children. Feel invited to get in to a relaxation and rest.
