Baby massage helps you to connect with your baby. Through the touch of your skin the baby feels more safe- the kind of security they need. The massage can improve your baby’s sleep and thus have a more relaxed baby and mama (and partner of course). You can start the baby massage around their 8th week until they start to crawl.
Mana-ma yoga offers live workshops, where you can also connect with other parents. Or an online program, where you can learn all the basic techniques and more in your own pace, in the comfort of your own home.
